I would recommend it for those visiting Sutton, a very nice stay. The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are good standard and nicely decorated. Well-trained, experienced staff, thank you for treating me so well...

Nice Hotel. Very close to Howth which was bustling.Bus stop and dart station beside hotel so your accessible to anywhere in Dublin.Clean rooms but could do with a refurb.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! We had deliberately stayed outside the city of Dublin but wanted to get in to the city. They arranged taxis for us, provided a timetable of the dart system and provided recommendations of what to see and do while in the area. We stayed in a Family Room and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items and the convenient times breakfast was served. The surrounding community and the seaside city of Howth were very appealing. We will definitely return to this hotel if we should be so lucky as to return to Ireland again.

easy friendly atmosphere. The location is ideal for transport and outings. The village of Howth is within reach where there is an array of restaurants and pubs. There is always something to suit all tastes. Fans of the rock group Tin Lizzy can visit the grave of Phil Linott which is walking distance from the hotel. All in all my hotel break was very positive and I look forward to repeating the experience.
The entrance to the hotel from a motorist point of view is a bit scary especially the first time. The entrance could be more clearly identified to assist newcomers. It is difficult to see the actual entrance coming from the cityside. It gets easier with experience.

Friendly helpful staff
Too much food had been kept warm-ish on a hotplate for too long. Beef was becoming dried up at the edges; pork was hard and burnt where it had been sitting; bacon was like a shoe leather; kippers were dried up and awful; poached eggs were hard - I sent them back - replacements were just acceptable. Vegetables the same on two successive nights. Toast was from cheapest type of bread. Other than that the food was very good.

The sea view room was huge and modern, perfect for a solo traveler. I loved diving into the pool each morning before hitting the beach.

Close to City Centre by train or bus. Close to one of our favourite places - Howth. Big rooms. Lovely breakfasts and staff. Pub. The seaside location.. Sea view from room. Again, the seaside views. Being in Ireland!
Room was large enough to accommodate a love seat or couch. More seating needed - we were there for five days and would have appreciated that. Also bathtub was a little dangerous getting in and out.
